Following the Franco-British Joint Science and Technology Committee, held in London in February 2024, fundings have been provided to finance joint research projects on energy transition and hydrogen, space, AI, and research security.
This year is a pilot phase of the Sophie Germain programme due to agenda constraints and is open to French teams only (British teams will have to apply to a British call for projects, published separately).
Timetable
- June 25, 2024: opening of the application phase
- July 8, 2024: closing date for applications
- July 26, 2024: announcement of successful bids
- July 29, 2024: financing agreements in place
Applications must be submitted to info@ambascience.co.uk by July 8, 2024. Successful projects will be announced on July 26, 2024.
